Dr. Pacos specializes in cardiac catheterization, echocardiography studies, including exercise and pharmacological stress testing, transesophageal echo, vascular ultrasound, and nuclear cardiology. He cares for inpatients and outpatients at Highland and see patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Pacos also will provide angiograms at Strong and echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests and vascular ultrasounds at Highland Cardiology. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.

I have so much trust in Dr. Pacos and when another provider discovered that Dr. Pacos Is my cardiologist, that provider told that Dr. Pacos Is their choice for their family and spoke very respectfully about Dr. Pacos. We both agreed. Dr. Pacos has worked diligently with me on which brand of beta blocker to choose In efforts to balance the blood pressures without light-headedness while still retaining the good heart remodeling. That Is like straddling a very thin line. Dr. Pacos also works hard to get the dose of beta blocker balanced between minimizing brain fog while still treating the A-Fib and RVR sufficiently. Dr. Pacos is an exceptionally good listener and is amazingly responsive as needs arise.
