Patient Care Settings

Hospital Medicine, Pulmonary

I am a community and academic pulmonary physician, dedicated to providing quality, evidence-based care to my patients and passionate about educating medical students, residents, and fellows. Patients should be involved in decisions regarding their care and I strive to provide the knowledge that they need to make the right decisions based on their goals and values.

I care for pulmonary outpatients at FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, and inpatients at FF Thompson Hospital, Strong Memorial Hospital, and Highland Hospital. I have clinical expertise in the fields of asthma, COPD, sarcoidosis, interstitial lung disease, and tuberculosis, but as a general pulmonologist, I welcome patients with all types of pulmonary disease. I have experience in procedures including bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound, thoracentesis, and procedures required to care for the critically ill patient.
