About Me

Professional Background

Dr. Schoeniger is a Rochester native. She graduated from the University of Rochester Magne Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a major in Biochemistry and a minor in Public Health. She then went to the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry with a certificate in Global Health. She co...
Dr. Schoeniger is a Rochester native. She graduated from the University of Rochester Magne Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a major in Biochemistry and a minor in Public Health. She then went to the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry with a certificate in Global Health. She completed her Residency in OB/GYN also at the University of Rochester.

Her goals are to use evidence-based shared decision making for comprehensive OB and GYN care. She enjoys delivering babies and performing minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries. She is interested in reducing maternal health inequities, providing family planning services, and caring for patients from diverse backgrounds including LGBTQ populations.

When not at work, Dr. Schoeniger likes to spend time with family including her young son. She likes to be outside and to travel.
