Dr. Connolly is an excellent care provider who listens and actively engages with the patient and his family as our son is only eight years old. Although we have to drive from Ithaca to Rochester, New York, for the in-person visit, we appreciate having her as our son's neurologist.

We drive 5.5 hours to see our specialist and the entire appointment she talked about her own children. Out of a 30 minute appointment maybe 5 focused on my daughter and her care and the rest was spent reflecting on her children and how they adjust to school, play tablets, ect.

The provider is excellent, sets you at ease and is very easy to talk. Appt doesn't seem rushed and we always feel like we are on the same page when we leave the appt. Grateful to have this provider, health has been stable but in the past when not stable provider has been very responsive and encouraging.
