Dr. Foxx is an Assistant Professor and gynecologic surgical specialist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Rochester.

She specializes in:
-Fibroids
-Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
-Endometriosis
-Chronic Pelvic Pain
-Complex Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery

Dr. Foxx grew up in Upstate New York. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from Vanderbilt University. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

She then pursued advanced gynecologic surgical training through a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (FMIGS) at University of Michigan. The fellowship had a special focus on the management of chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis, as well as advanced training in hysteroscopy, traditional laparoscopy, and robotics.

She is thrilled to return to Upstate New York to join the practice at University of Rochester’s Center for Advanced Laparoscopy and Chronic Pelvic Pain.

Dr. Foxx is dedicated to the medical and surgical care of patients with complex gynecologic conditions, including fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, chronic pelvic pain, and endometriosis. She is happy to provide alternatives to hysterectomy to interested patients. She is also passionate about providing care for those seeking gender affirming hysterectomy.

If surgery is needed, a minimally invasive approach is emphasized so patients can return to their loved ones and normal activities as soon as possible. She welcomes any referrals for patients that may require advanced skill in gynecologic laparoscopy.
