Biography

Dr. Jack received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine after attending a Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program at Harvard University. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Dr. Jack is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine.

Dr. Jack believes in partnering with her patients and their families to provide comprehensive and evidence-based care through shared decision making. She emphasizes nutrition, exercise and stress reduction as an important part of health and wellness.
