My new Dr.is Dr. Pruett, I did not think I could get used to another doctor besides Doctor German, but Dr. Pruett is cool, down to earth, easy to talk to, and she listens to you like my previous doctor did she don't rush you she listens to you and she understands what you're going through did you want to know if you're in pain how long have you been in pain where does it hurt she's more concerned don't rush your hand and rush it out and that's what I love about her and she knows her stuff too and as long as she's there I'm going to be there cuz she is a wonderful doctor. I am so glad that I decided to stay at 454 broad Street the whole staff is WONDERFUL

Dr. Burns, who I talked with after hours on the phone, and Dr. Pruett, who provided in person care for my son, were amazing. Both were extremely respectful and considerate, and I received good advice and felt like my son was well taken care of. Until this week, I'd only seen our PCP (Dr. Rodrigues, who cares for my whole family and who is amazing) [...]. But now that I've interacted with more providers, I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Pruett really listens. Every time I see her, I feel heard, validated and supported. Together we create a plan for my health concerns and she always has excellent insights and knowledge to share. Dr. Pruett is helping me address health concerns that my prior Dr., told me to not worry about. Some of what has happened over the course of the last few years, Dr. Pruett is helping me find treatment and care for. I really appreciate her help. I would rate her as Excellent If I could. I was.ready to look for another provider, due to how my health has suffered from the previous PC, but hopefully this care team can help.

She was so nice! She took so much time with me. It was my first appointment with her and I had so much we needed to talk about (I'm a chronic illness patient) and at no point did I feel rushed or unheard and she even had me schedule another appointment soon so she can have time to really look into my issues!

I didn't feel that I left with any more information than I came in with. When I followed up on one issue, I was told "You should wait more and then go to the doctor about that." But I already had done both, and it wasn't clear how to escalate the problem or what the next step would be.
