Jessica daSilva, O.D. provides expert primary eye care to a wide range of patients, from teens to seniors. As part of the Flaum Eye Institute optometry team, she is responsible for routine and medical eye screenings and refers appropriately to general ophthalmologists and subspecialists as necessary...
Jessica daSilva, O.D. provides expert primary eye care to a wide range of patients, from teens to seniors. As part of the Flaum Eye Institute optometry team, she is responsible for routine and medical eye screenings and refers appropriately to general ophthalmologists and subspecialists as necessary. She has extensive experience in the VA system, managing patients with vision problems related to other diseases such as diabetes.

Dr. daSilva is a native of the Finger Lakes and completed her undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Geneseo. She Completed her Doctorate of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she performed clinical externships in Neuro-optometry and general optometry. She has extensive experience in contact lens, and pre-operative and post-operative care for patients in consideration of cataract surgery, LASIK, oculoplastics and retinal procedures. She is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the New York State Optometric Association and the National Association of Veterans Affairs Optometrists.
