About Me

Dr. Turner was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She remained there until completion of her medical degree at SUNY Downstate School of Medicine as well as her master's degree in community health at SUNY Downstate School of Public Health. She then moved onto residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at...
Dr. Turner was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She remained there until completion of her medical degree at SUNY Downstate School of Medicine as well as her master's degree in community health at SUNY Downstate School of Public Health. She then moved onto residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University at Buffalo.
Her interests are in women's health, especially in high risk obstetrics, laparoscopic, and vaginal surgery. She is highly motivated to decrease disparities in women's health while encouraging patients to play an active role in their care.
When she's not in the workplace, she enjoys quality time with family and friends, getting in a quick workout, and watching a good movie.
