I am very appreciative of how she cared for me the way she delivered the information and was very clear and giving me an understanding what I needed to do

The appt felt rushed and it almost seemed as if she had not looked at my chart and history. I left feeling very unsatisfied. I made an appt for next year, but I would like to change to a different provider.

Tha provider spent less than 60 seconds with me. She was abrupt and quick.

Dr. Min was exceptionally good at figuring out what the issue was and recommending appropriate steps. She went above and beyond in my opinion.

This was my first time seeing this Dr and she put me at ease and I was confident she could help me. She has a very nice bedside manner and was able to diagnose my issue

The visit was hurried, and I had to ask questions when I wasn't given information my former care provider routinely gave me. I am considering requesting another provider for my annual evaluation.

Dr Kang didn't go over anything. I had to ask if I should stop taking the steroid drops and she said why are you taking steroids? I said for my eye. She checked my chart and said that it says to stop after a week so it was okay to stop. Indint think she knew why I was there.

Not much discussion

During annual eye check up, OD dismissed and misrepresented in follow up visit notes the results of prior complete eye examination performed by another doctor (the visit had occurred only one month earlier and was performed in another country, the doctor who performed the visit had me as a patient since I was a child). The OD undercorrected my vision issue (relative to prior prescriptions including the one I had received from my other doctor a month prior) without providing a reasonable explanation, reported in notes that I had received a diagnostic test with "unremarkable findings" whereas I had never received that specific test and asked to do the test based on the recommendation of my other doctor (inaccurate records of our conversation), offered to send a referral for a neurologist to address my concern when in fact she did not do so based on the information she entered in myChart. Very puzzling behavior overall.

No bedside manner. Never asked about our issue just proceeded to examine. Will never go back to Dr Kang.

I was very unhappy with my experience and now am concerned as to whether I even will get the correct prescription.

I was put at ease in my wheelchair and every procedure was explained to me.

Loved this Dr. She understood my concern

It seemed as if the doctor had done this exam one too many times. It was rote to her. She was blunt and although she tried to portray some kindness and concern by asking if there were any questions, it all seemed artificial.
