How to Apply

Applications are submitted through the NASS ISMM common application  and are accepted through March, with interviews scheduled between March and July.

Eligibility

Minimum qualifications for our Program include:

  • The fellow must possess current, valid and unrestricted New York State Allopathic/Osteopathic medical and DEA licensures. These must be current prior to the fellowship start date.
  • The fellow must be a graduate of an ACGME accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program.
  • The fellow must be board certified or eligible for certification in PM&R.
