The purpose of the SOM FPC is to promulgate professionalism among SOM faculty members by building and supporting a culture of professionalism.
SOM Peer to Peer Professionalism
The SOM P2PP is a new peer-based method for colleagues in the basic sciences to help their colleagues by enhancing awareness of lapses in professional behavior using non-pejorative dialogue.
