Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Our mission is to create an atmosphere in which our differences are embraced and celebrated. We are committed to embracing inclusivity and protection of psychological wellbeing in the work place. It is our priority to create a culture of safety, support and one that values the differences our employees bring. Along with our ICARE values, we are committed to creating transformational change by rebuilding, learning, acknowledging and embracing our brighter future towards DEI.

Building and retaining our internal capacity is at the forefront.  We will continue to develop and recruit well-rounded and effective teams of diverse talented leaders. Investing in culturally competent interactions with patients and our community. Develop learning activities, educational training, recruitment best practices, policies and procedures that align with our mission values. One that also reflects the diversity of our community and helps our group feel engaged and supports DEI work.

Making a meaningful difference through community health remains at the top of our focus areas. We are committed to providing access to equitable care. We are striving towards a brighter future for our patients and our community. We know that approaching patients as individuals, acknowledging their culture, vulnerability, and what motivates and makes them who they are will allow for better healthcare outcomes and reduce disparities within the healthcare system.

To influence and lead change within our group will require a commitment together. We have always strived to make a difference and will continue to do so with meaningful actions to improve DEI and create a brighter future.
