Can’t make it to the hospital or unable to stop by the Gift Shop?
We’re happy to offer free delivery to a patient anywhere within Strong during the Gift Shop’s normal business hours. Orders can be placed online at the link below, or you may call the Gift Shop at (585) 275-2577 and a team member will be delighted to help you shop over the phone. Orders placed within two hours of closing are delivered the same day!

The Friends of Strong Gift Shop by Cloverkey is conveniently located in the main lobby of Strong Memorial Hospital, just beyond the information desk. Staff members are available to help you anytime during store hours.
- Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
