AUA 2026

A Message from Dr. Jean Joseph, Chairman, Department of Urology
We were proud to represent University of Rochester Medicine in Washington D.C. at the 2026 American Urological Association Annual Meeting, where our department once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in urologic research, education, and clinical innovation. This year’s meeting marked another important milestone for our team, with strong participation from faculty, residents, fellows, and students alike.
Our presentations this year spanned a broad range of urologic topics, reflecting the scope and ambition of the work happening across our department. Members of our team earned well-deserved recognition for their research and presentations, and we were active participants in educational sessions, specialty panels, and leadership forums throughout the meeting.
Engagement at the national level matters — not only to share what we know, but to shape where our field is headed. Each year at AUA reinforces our commitment to advancing patient care, strengthening academic partnerships, and investing in the next generation of urologists who will carry this work forward.
Thank you to everyone who made this year's conference a success. Together, we are moving forward in the spirit of Meliora.
