Research Interests

My research focuses on the development and application of advanced statistical methods for complex biomedical data. I specialize in mixed-effects models (including LMM, GLMM, NLME, NPME, and SPME), missing data imputation, ROC analysis for repeated measures and longitudinal data, dimensional reduction techniques, and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data analysis. These methods are applied collaboratively across infectious diseases (particularly HIV and TB in pediatric and young adult populations), immunology, oncology, and neuromuscular disorders, with an emphasis on optimizing drug dosing, predicting treatment outcomes from biomarker concentrations, and analyzing immune responses and clinical trajectories in longitudinal studies.
