Quitting smoking extends life and benefits health at any age. Our program begins with an initial 60-minute phone consultation. We will listen to your concerns, learn about any previous attempts to quit and identify treatment preferences. From this consultation, a personalized treatment plan will be created. Our program includes: Preferred nicotine replacement therapies (e.g., nicotine patches, gum, and lozenges) will be mailed to your home – free of charge. Available in English and Spanish. Text-messaging program - live Tobacco Treatment Specialist checks text messages and offers support. All services are free of cost.
