OMFS Externship

Externships are typically offered for 1-2 weeks, and provide a shadowing opportunity for potential residency candidates in the OMFS department.

Eligibility Requirements

Qualified candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a CODA-accredited DDS or DMD program in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Application Process

• Current CV
• Letter of intent
• Letter of recommendation
• Immunization records
• Proof of current Flu shot
• Copy of liability insurance
• Proposed dates
• 2x2 photo
