How to Apply
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited training program in neurology or physical medicine & rehabilitation in the U.S. or Canada and must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New York.
Please apply through the AANEM Neuromuscular Medicine Fellowship Portal. You will be prompted to submit a curriculum vitae (CV), a one-page letter of interest, USMLE scores, ECFMG certificate (if applicable), and three (3) letters of recommendation.
Applicants must also complete our General Medical Education (GME) application via RedCap.
Applications will be reviewed starting on March 1. Interviews will be conducted virtually from March through May.
The program accepts four fellows per year.
International applicants:
- Have a J-1 Visa or have a U.S. citizen Permanent Resident status. No other visas will be accepted. (H1B is not acceptable.)
- Have a current certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. (ECFMG)
- Have worked in clinical medicine in the United States within the last two years.
