Wellness & Team Life
Training is important, but so is enjoying the people you train with.
Our fellowship is about more than clinical training. We believe that a strong team, time outside the hospital, and opportunities to connect with one another are an important part of the fellowship experience. Throughout the year, our fellows, faculty, and staff come together for activities, celebrations, and events that build connections and make our neuromuscular community feel like a team.
Summer Picnic
Our annual Neuromuscular Summer Picnic is always a blast! Fun, laughter, and great company all around!

Walk to Defeat ALS
Members of our ALS Team participated in the Walk to Defeat ALS at Ontario Beach Park, and we proudly supported the Palmesano Strong Golf Tournament. Both events raised funds to advance ALS research.

Fall Festivities
In the fall, we get together for a visit to local farms to enjoy corn mazes, hayrides, pedal cars, apple picking, and donut and cider tasting. Our division annually challenges everyone to a pumpkin-carving contest and door-decorating competition.

Neuromuscular Holiday Celebration
Once a year, the entire division comes together in one room, and this year, it was truly something special. By the end, everyone was saying, “We need to do this more often!” and “Wow, look how much we’ve grown!” It’s a powerful reminder of the incredible team and community we’re lucky to be part of.

The Neurology Winter Ball
When was the last time you really danced the night away? The Neurology Winter Ball is our annual celebration where the whole Neurology department comes together for food, drinks, music, and plenty of laughter. It’s the event everyone looks forward to each year. See the fun for yourself on our Instagram page!

Graduation
Making time to celebrate each fellow’s accomplishments is an important part of our team culture. We are proud to recognize the hard work, growth, and achievements of our fellows as they complete their training and take the next step in their careers.

Mix & Mingle
From clinic and conferences to after-work get-togethers, we make time to connect, celebrate, and enjoy being part of the neuromuscular team.
