My training prepared me very well to practice and work across all areas of pulmonary and critical care medicine while also providing flexibility to explore my specific interests in young adult healthcare during training. My research time and mentoring support allowed me to explore unknown facets of our field and helped me strengthen methodological approaches to my academic interests and to medical education.
