Tuesdays - 5:45 p.m. - High Fitness - Erika (45 mins)   High Fitness  

Wednesdays - 5:45 p.m. - Barbell class - Scott (45 mins) - no classes in December, resumes in January

Thursdays - 5:45 p.m. - Zumba - Fernando (45 mins) 

*Due to space constraints, all classes are first come, first served. Sign in at reception desk.
