21 Day JUMP START

A 3-week program to start you on a routine for fitness and health. Participants will have full use of the Fitness Center 1/27–2/16 and receive helpful tools such as a workout plan/calendar, healthy recipes and guidance from staff during the program. See our handout for more details.

Pickleball League

This recreational league will play weeknights in College Town and is an inexpensive and great way to beat the winter blahs. All skill levels welcome, even those who have never played.
