Tuesdays - 5:30p - HIIT & Strength with Eloise (45 mins)

Wednesdays - 5:30p - Barbell class with Scott (45 mins)

Thursdays - 5:30p - HardCORE: Intense exercises to train the core with Lauren

                 - 6:05p - Mobility, Flexibility & Stability with Lauren

*Due to space constraints, all classes are first come, first served. Membership required.
