Jump Start weight loss

Jump Start Weight Loss Program

Do you need a push to kick start your weight loss and healthy habits? This program is a great way to get motivated and be held accountable.

Dates: Jan 12 - Feb 10 (4 weeks) - weekly weigh-ins (Thu or Fri)

Cost: $20 cash

How does it work: Participants will weigh in 1x per week and receive informational emails, weight loss progress and tips. This is an individual program where as long as you lose .5% of your weight you will win back some to all of your reg. fee - and possibly more! Jump Start Information

Prizes: Participants can get back up to the $20 fee - and there are prizes (gift cards for local businesses) for those that do the best!
