Construction and Maintenance Projects

Thank you for your continued patience as we complete a series of construction and maintenance projects. We want to share an update regarding a project that has begun, which impacts mostly our neighbors residing on Bellevue Drive.

This week, construction crews are removing gravel from the hospital rooftop using an industrial vacuum. This phase of the project is expected to take place through Wednesday, with the equipment operating daily from approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Once the gravel removal is complete, a crane will be brought on site to remove the vacuum equipment from the roof.

This project is expected to continue through January.  A crane will be required as work progresses.
We recognize that this work may create temporary noise and activity in the area, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Every effort has been made to carefully plan and coordinate this work to minimize disruption to our neighbors while ensuring these critical repairs and maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
