Saturday Work 7/30
Crews will be on site this Saturday 7/30 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Inside the building, carpenters will be working on drywall and miscellaneous framing while piping is installed on the upper floors. Outside, crews will be welding and installing panels from the swing scaffolding.
During the week, crews will be using the tower crane and buck hoist to assist with activities on site. Fire proofing continues as well as interior and exterior framing on the 5th, 6th, 7th, and mechanical penthouse floors. Drywall installation and mechanical rough ins continue in multiple locations throughout the building. Brick installation has started on the new exit corridor.
Typical levels of construction noise and vibrations are expected with all of these activities. For the deep foundation work, any possible vibrations will be monitored by a third party testing agency.
