Saturday Work 5/13

Crews will be on site Saturday, 5/13 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Site work, fiber cement panel installation on the entrance canopy, and roofing work might be taking place. All work is weather depending.

During the week, crews continue to work on finishing touches inside the building. Outside, crews are working on the drive through canopy ceiling, sidewalks/aprons, roofing, and potentially asphalt paving at the end of the week and the week of 5/22.

Vibration monitoring continues for any potential soil compaction work. LeChase has secured a city sidewalk closure permit to replace the damaged sidewalk next to the site on Mt. Vernon. The sidewalks were damaged from heavy equipment being moved over them during construction. It should be reopened by the end of next week.

Saturday Work 5/6

Saturday Work 5/6

Crews will be on site on Saturday 5/6 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. putting the fiber cement panels on the entrance canopy, roofing, and other site work (weather depending).

During the week, outside crews will be installing the entrance canopy ceiling, sidewalks, roofing, and other miscellaneous site work.

Crews are anticipating bringing the site work up to grade fully by mid-May to allow for settlement since we cannot utilize vibratory compaction. This will generate minimal vibrations due to bulldozer movement, static roller and dump truck tailgates closing. Vibration monitoring is in place and all vibrations to date have been within what is considered to be normal range.
