Gift Shop
The Highland Hospital Gift Shop is located off the main lobby, and carries a wide variety of gifts and items for patients and visitors. It is operated by the Friends of Highland Hospital. All proceeds are donated to Highland Hospital.
Flowers From Highland's Gift Shop - Call (585) 341-8040
Cut floral arrangements and a variety of plants are available through our Gift Shop. Call (585) 341-8040 to place an order. Our staff will bring the flowers to the patient's room as soon as possible after the order has been placed. Flowers are generally not permitted in any of the Intensive Care Units.
Flowers from Rochester area Florists and Online Vendors
The Gift Shop staff can also help you order flowers from an outside vendor. We work with several florists in the Rochester area who are familiar with our hospital and our flower delivery policies. You don't need to know the patient's room number, the florist will check room numbers when the flowers are delivered. Flowers are generally not permitted in any of the Intensive Care Units.
