URMC AVIS is the main provider for audio/video technology on the URMC campus. This includes The UR Medical Center, Saunders Research Building, School of Nursing, and The Medical Center Annex.
We are a fully capable AV integration team with over 100+ years of combined experience! We design, install, and support AV systems for offices, huddle spaces, conference rooms, auditoriums, and more.

Our Services
- Perform a Needs Analysis to understand your needs and expectations
- Deliver a quote for your new AV system
- Our team coordinates with Facilities, ISD, UIT, and others to make the process as seamless as possible
- Upon approval, we order all of the equipment
- Install the AV system and provide support going forward
- Response to trouble calls within two business days, usually same day
- No additional service contract cost
- Repairs and service are facilitated by our team
- Failure of in-warranty equipment typically only requires payment for shipping cost
- Out-of-warranty equipment service may incur additional cost
