URMC Audio Video Installation Services

URMC AVIS is the main provider for audio/video technology on the URMC campus. This includes The UR Medical Center, Saunders Research Building, School of Nursing, and The Medical Center Annex.

We are a fully capable AV integration team with over 100+ years of combined experience! We design, install, and support AV systems for offices, huddle spaces, conference rooms, auditoriums, and more.

Our Services

Our team handles the installation from start to finish:
  • Perform a Needs Analysis to understand your needs and expectations
  • Deliver a quote for your new AV system
  • Our team coordinates with Facilities, ISD, UIT, and others to make the process as seamless as possible
  • Upon approval, we order all of the equipment
  • Install the AV system and provide support going forward  
We provide ongoing hardware support for all of the systems we install. This includes:
  • Response to trouble calls within two business days, usually same day
  • No additional service contract cost
  • Repairs and service are facilitated by our team
    • Failure of in-warranty equipment typically only requires payment for shipping cost
    • Out-of-warranty equipment service may incur additional cost
