How do I get new AV for my room?

- Work with us to schedule a Needs Analysis to better understand your needs and expectations
- Obtain funding based on the estimate we provide
How do I get service on an existing AV system?
- Company nameplates, project numbers, or other contact information may be posted on the equipment rack
- Departments may have a financial record of which company was hired to install the system
- Our team can help provide direction if the vendor is unknown
- Submit an AVIS Support Request, providing us with as many details about the issue as possible
- We’ll reach out to schedule a visit to your system within a few business days
- Repairs and service are facilitated by our team, no service contract required
- Failure of in-warranty equipment typically only requires payment for shipping cost
- Out-of-warranty equipment service may incur additional costs
- Contact the AV vendor that installed the system
- There will likely be a charge for service calls and a wait time of one week or more
