How do I get new AV for my room?

How do I get service on an existing AV system?

  • Company nameplates, project numbers, or other contact information may be posted on the equipment rack
  • Departments may have a financial record of which company was hired to install the system
  • Our team can help provide direction if the vendor is unknown
  • Submit an AVIS Support Request, providing us with as many details about the issue as possible
  • We’ll reach out to schedule a visit to your system within a few business days
  • Repairs and service are facilitated by our team, no service contract required
    • Failure of in-warranty equipment typically only requires payment for shipping cost
    • Out-of-warranty equipment service may incur additional costs
  • Contact the AV vendor that installed the system
  • There will likely be a charge for service calls and a wait time of one week or more
