Located at Strong Memorial Hospital, the Ambulatory Care Center brings a wide range of outpatient services together in one convenient location on the main medical campus. Patients come to the Ambulatory Care Center for specialty care, follow-up visits, diagnostic testing, and same-day procedures. Services are provided by UR Medicine experts who work closely with each other and with your primary care provider to coordinate your care. This team-based approach helps ensure you receive timely, personalized treatment that fits your needs and goals.

Parking Information

Patients and visitors coming to the Ambulatory Care Center can park in the on-site parking garage at Strong Memorial Hospital. Located near the main entrance of Strong Memorial Hospital, turn onto Jackson Drive from Elmwood Avenue. After parking, enter the hospital and continue straight ahead to the silver elevators on your left.

Paying for Parking
Be sure to take your parking ticket with you to your appointment. There are two options for payment:

• Automated Pay Stations
  These kiosks are located in the elevator lobbies on the ground and first floors of the Hospital Garage, which accept cash, credit cards, and validation stickers. 
• Pay-in-Lane Exit Stations
  Every exit lane accepts credit cards and parking validation stickers.

Public Transportation

The Ambulatory Care Center is also accessible by major bus routes. From the bus loop at Strong Memorial Hospital (located on Crittenden Boulevard near UR Medicine Golisano Children’s Hospital), enter through the Golisano Children’s Hospital lobby. Turn right past reception and continue straight to the Strong Memorial Hospital Information Desk. Turn right, then proceed to the next intersection. The silver elevators will be on your right.
