Overview
At UR Medicine’s Older Adult Services, we work together with families and individuals to provide specialized mental health care for our community’s aging population, 65 years and older. We also serve caregivers with psychiatric illness or younger individuals with brain disease.
Services
Our clinic’s multidisciplinary team offers assessments and treatments including:
Individual therapy
Family therapy
Group counseling
We collaborate with a patient’s primary care physician for treatment requiring medications. We also offer caregiver support.
The Memory Care Program provides diagnosis, treatment, and care of neurodegenerative conditions that affect the elderly and the aging nervous system.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay as there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available.
