Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital (SSMH), located in Yates County, NY, is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that has been dedicated to serving its rural community for more than a century. Celebrating its 100th anniversary in October 2024, SSMH provides high-quality healthcare close to home.

The hospital operates a 25-bed general acute care hospital, medical-telemetry, and Swing Bed Program. The Swing Bed Program, located on First Acute, provides patients with care following an acute care hospitalization, when the patient needs more time to recover.
