Job Description:

Provides patient care under coordination with Hospitalist or Emergency Department Providers on staff at Noyes Health. The patient population is adults on the Hospitalist inpatient service, ED patients, and patients on observation status.

Job Requirements: 

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.  Two plus years of experience in human resources or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and state and federal regulations. Proven experience with HR systems such as Kronos. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Experience with talent acquisition/ recruitment preferred.

Job Description:

Under the direction of the Supervisor of Sterile Processing, provide for quality standards in the Sterile Processing Department and provision of sterile and other supplies for NMH.

Job Requirements: 

High School diploma or equivalent required. Certified Registered Sterile Processing Technician certification required within 18 months of hire. Work experience in a hospital Sterile Processing Department, Operating Room, or inventory control preferred. Aseptic technique knowledge preferred.  Computer Keyboarding skills or data entry required.
