University of Rochester Birthing with ConfidenceBirthing with Confidence are FREE live, online childbirth education sessions for pregnant patients in prenatal care at URMC Gender Wellness OB/GYN. Sessions will help you get ready for labor, delivery, parenthood, and help you decide what is important to you during this special time. 
Our goal is to primarily serve patients of color through meaningful conversations and learning within a community of peers and experts.
