The University of Rochester participates in the Adult Reconstruction Fellowship Match administered through the San Francisco Match (SF Match) in partnership with:

- The Hip Society
- The Knee Society
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed—or be in the final year of—an ACGME- or RCPSC-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency and be eligible for certification by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Applicants must have:
- Completion of an accredited U.S. or Canadian orthopaedic surgery residency
- ABOS board eligibility or board certification
- Eligibility for New York State medical licensure
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship, if applicable
