Pediatric Pathologist

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry and Golisano Children’s Hospital, in Rochester, NY, seeks a pediatric pathologist. Requirements: MD, MD-PhD, or DO; completion of pediatric pathology fellowship. This position is mixed pediatric surgical pathology, perinatal pathology and pediatric autopsy. Those with interest/experience in perinatal pathology are encouraged to apply.


Thoracic Pathologist

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry, in Rochester, NY, is recruiting an additional fellowship-trained Thoracic pathologist. An opportunity to assist with cardiac (transplant), autopsy or cytopathology coverage is available for interested/qualified candidates. The thoracic service consists of neoplastic (primarily), non-neoplastic diseases (non-transplant) and cases reviewed for consultation. Thoracic multidisciplinary tumor board occurs weekly. Successful applicants must be board-eligible in anatomic pathology by the American Board of Pathology and be eligible for a medical license in the State of New York.


Breast/GYN

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Rochester (URMC) School of Medicine & Dentistry, in Rochester, NY, is currently recruiting for a surgical pathologist; we are interested in candidates with a focus on Breast/GYN. Successful applicants must be board-eligible in anatomic pathology by the American Board of Pathology and be eligible for a medical license in the State of New York..The Department provides a wide range of services, currently accessioning more than 75,000 surgical/biopsy cases per year. More than 35 anatomic pathologists participate in a fully subspecialized sign out model.
