Billing Concerns During the COVID-19 Crisis

We at UR Medicine recognize the financial strain many people are facing due to the coronavirus pandemic. If you currently have a bill due that you are unable to pay at this time, be assured that we understand and will work with you. We invite you to learn more about the interest free payment plans and financial assistance programs we offer.

The fastest way to make arrangements is to access MyChart, our user-friendly, self-service option. It only takes a few minutes to enroll, view your account, and create a payment plan.

You may also reach us by phone, but please be patient with us. We care about our staff as much as we care about our patients.
