Senior Faculty

We encourage the mentoring process (including both the individual and group mentoring) to continue for senior members of the faculty, as they adapt to the changing healthcare environment and consider their career options.

The University of Rochester routinely holds meetings regarding academic, health and retirement benefits as faculty reach retirement age. The advantage of group meetings are not only the information imparted in the formal sessions, but also, the meetings convene like-aged faculty from our entire campus who can informally share their experiences with each other.
