Dr. Yosha is an experienced clinician who, alongside the prenatal and delivery services offered through the office, is also dedicated to providing care for people in need of any kind of birth control, miscarriage management, and care for unplanned pregnancies. North Ponds Family Medicine & Maternity Care is an inclusive practice that welcomes all LGBTQA+ people and provides gender affirming care.
Dr. Yosha loves spending time with his wife and twin daughters, running, and exploring Rochester and its surrounding areas.

Dr Yosha is AMAZING! Very receptive & compassionate for patient concerns, gentle & informative providing explanations & treatment options, leaves any decisions up to the patient while informing them of pros/cons.I commonly feel anxious & vulnerable discussing medical concerns, though Dr. Yosha is very gentle, calm, receptive, efficient, informative, caring, & nonjudgmental. I hope to continue seeing him as long as he is in practice!

Dr. Yosha is wonderful. It's very easy to tell that he has my best interests at heart. He's careful to explain what he's doing, and he has a very systematic and direct approach to caring for me. I have a lot of issues, and he is right on top of all of them. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Yosha did a very thorough job in assessing my suitability for hip replacement surgery. Due to his ordering complete blood work up and having an EKG done, I did not have to have these things done in my pre-surgery appointment. He also fit me into his schedule last minute when I was unable to make the scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Yosha and I have a good working relationship regarding my health. I appreciate that he is direct, clear, and takes a holistic approach to everything that's going on including mental health. He also takes my personal preferences into account regarding medications (he knows I don't like to take drugs if not really needed). He listens well and we work together. I appreciate him very much.

This visit was because I had been sick for several weeks. Dr. Yosha was very thorough in his exam and ordered very comprehensive tests. I received the test results very quickly and Dr. Yosha reviewed and responded to me regarding the tests promptly.

Dr. Yosha was excellent in every way. Clear descriptions assuming a basic level of intelligence. He made sure to fully describe what the diagnosis was and why also showing resources. He also followed up and made sure that I was healing well. This was hands down the best care I have ever received and it's greatly appreciated!

So many! NP Kelsey, NP Anna, Gloriby at reception who makes all of our appointments and is so friendly, all of the nursing staff whose treats us so kindly when we arrive at each appointment and of course Dr. Yosha, who is very knowledgeable and kind. The OB team is fantastic too and have always shown compassion and are great listeners when including my preferences for care.
