Dr. LoPresti joined UR Medicine in the Department of Neurosurgery, Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery, and Department of Public Health Sciences as a pediatric and epilepsy neurosurgeon. Her clinical and research interests include pediatric neurosurgery, epilepsy surgery, pediatric neuro-oncology, pediatric cerebrovascular disease, pediatric hydrocephalus, and public health in pediatric neurosurgery. She offers both conventional and minimally invasive treatment options for a host of adult and pediatric epilepsy conditions and pediatric neurosurgical conditions.

She has broad experience in pediatric, epilepsy, and general neurosurgery, having completed Neurological Surgery Residency at
Baylor College of Medicine and Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowship at Northwestern University. Dr. LoPresti grew up in Long Island, NY
before completing undergraduate studies at The City College of New York and medical school at New York University.
