Analysis Software
The FCR offers the option of using either FCS Express or FlowJo for traditional data analysis using a site license program. Note: the pricing structure for each software program is different and can be found on the Fees/Billing page.
The FCR does not offer full training on either analysis program. Both programs have extensive online education options and occasional on-site training visits are arranged with the software companies. If specific questions of data interpretation come up the FCR team is happy to consult on those.

FCS Express TEMPLATES
- The FCR has created a couple of templates for any FCS Express users which can be found on the FCC_Library share folder for download.
- Denovo also has some templates available here.
FlowJo
To create a Portal License email us here and include the email address that the license should be linked to.
- You will receive an invite from the Portal system once the request is processed. This may take a day but once it is processed you will be able to begin using the software immediately.

OMIQ
OMIQ is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for the comprehensive analysis and interpretation of flow, mass, and spectral cytometry data. It merges classical analysis (like manual gating and compensation) with high-dimensional machine learning (like t-SNE and UMAP).
The FCR is currently working with OMIQ to establish a site license for the University that should hopefully be available in the Fall.

High Dimensional Analysis
Both FCS Express and Flowjo have some high dimensional tools built in and others are expected to be included. In addition to those tools, the FCR can consult on high dimensional analytical questions. Please email with any questions you have.
