Data Analysis

Analysis Software:

The FCR offers the option of using either FCS Express or Flowjo for traditional data analysis using a site license program. Note: the pricing structure for each software program is different and can be found on the Fees/Billing page.

The FCR does not offer full training on either analysis program.  Both programs have extensive online education options and occasional on-site training visits are arranged with the software companies.  If specific questions of data interpretation come up the FCR team is happy to consult on those.

FCS Express: FCS Express registration.

The FCR has created a couple of templates for any FCS Express users which can be found on the FCC_Library share for download.

High Dimensional Analysis:

Both FCS Express and Flowjo have some high dimensional tools built in and others are expected to be included.  In addition to those tools, the FCR can consult on high dimensional analytical questions.  Please email with any questions you have.
