SJH Infusion Center serves a diverse patient population, including:

  • Cancer patients who need ancillary, non-chemo treatment such as hydration or pain management

We offer procedures to supplement your infusion treatment, including:

  • Insertion of PICC line catheter
  • PICC and midline maintenance
  • Mediport maintenance
  • Therapeutic phlebotomy
  • Blood draws from central lines for lab studies
  • Therapeutic phlebotomy

Our Space

Conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the St. James Hospital (7329 Seneca Rd., Hornell), SJH Infusion Center is a comfortable and roomy space. Each of the three treatment bays has its own TV and privacy curtains. An isolation room is available for patients who need a higher level of care. Snacks and beverages, wireless internet, and device charging stations are provided to patients.

Lisa Nichols, RN and Teresa Yates, RN, provide patients with comprehensive and compassionate infusion care.

Infusion Staff

Our team of experienced and compassionate registered nurses provide patient-centered care, for the best outcomes and greatest patient comfort. They are experienced in all forms of intravenous therapy and follow you throughout your treatment. While our RNs supervise the infusions, they provide patients with helpful information about their medical condition, the treatment offered, and any side effects they may experience from their medication.
