Visiting Hours & Restrictions

 

Our Universal Masking policy mandates all St. James staff, vendors, patients and visitors wear a mask at all times while in the Hospital at 7329 Seneca Rd. and Medical Office Building at 7309 Seneca Rd.

What to know when visiting your loved one. Keeping everyone safe is our number one priority.

 

 

Inpatient Unit

  • Visiting hours 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. 
  • No limit on the number of visitors during a patient's stay, but limited to one visitor at a time
  • No visitation for COVID positive patients
  • No visitors under the age of 18
     

 Exceptions: Pediatric and special needs patients or end-of-life care

Emergency Department 

Including Observation Inpatients
 
  • No restrictions on visiting hours
  • One support person in the ED room at a time
  • No visitors under the age of 18
     

Exceptions: Pediatric and special needs patients or end-of-life care

Surgery Department 

  • No restriction on visiting hours
  • No visitors under the age of 18
  • One support person per patient to wait in the family waiting room

Outpatient Visits 

  • 1 support person allowed per patient for all outpatient programs, including all services in the Medical Office Building
