Curriculum Timeline

The TEAMS program is a structured, ten-month leadership development experience designed to integrate seamlessly into the lives of busy researchers and clinicians.

Participants engage in immersive, high-impact learning that combines in-person connection, virtual coursework, and applied peer mentorship to build lasting leadership capacity.

• Three-day in-person orientation and intensive leadership workshop
• Nine months of virtual curriculum and peer mentoring:
  • 1.5-hour curriculum session during the first week of each month
  • 1.5-hour peer mentorship session each month
• Brief pre- and post-session readings and assignments
• Annual program evaluations

The program is designed to be flexible for active researchers and clinicians while maintaining a rich, interactive learning experience.
