After Hours Care

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

The Complex Care Center provides 24-hour telephone coverage for urgent problems. If you have an urgent, non-life-threatening medical problem after regular office hours, please call our office at (585) 276-7900. The answering service will ask for information about your medical problem, then take your phone number, and have the doctor call you back.

Laboratory Services

There is a UR Medicine Lab is on-site at 905 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14609.
