Our team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, exercise specialists, certified physical trainers, tobacco dependence counselors and clinical psychologists. Our multidisciplinary model allows you access to experts across several specialties, and our strong connections to your primary care and other healthcare providers ensure you will receive the most comprehensive care.

Convenience.

Our Center is located at 46 Prince Street in Rochester’s Neighborhood of the Arts (NOTA), offering free, accessible off-street parking. In addition, we see patients and provide programs at various URMC locations throughout the region. Appointments are also available by phone or telehealth. Our staff is happy to discuss your options to help you find what would work best for you.
