Directions and Parking

Masks are optional but strongly encouraged throughout the entire conference unless you are eating or drinking. We will have masks available for those who may need one.

All University of Rochester employees and students should park in their designated parking lots. 

Parking will be available for guest visitors in:

• MRB parking lot (some reserved parking for our event)
• Saunder’s Research Building (Crittenden Blvd)
• Hospital Parking Garage (East Dr)

All non-UR guests will receive parking validations upon checking in at the registration desk.

Take I590S to I390S
Exit 13 take right on Hylan Drive
Left on Jefferson Road
Left on Lowenthal Road
Left on Andrews Memorial Drive
Right on Lyons Crescent
First left to Parking Lot “L”

From the West Side

Take 104W to I390S
Exit 17 take right on NY383 Scottsville Road
Left on Jefferson Road
Right on Lowenthal Road

Instructions for parking at RIT on Thursday, August 11

Please park on the north section of L-Lot (Change north section to south side of L-Lot) since there will be Summer Vestibule Program (SVP) freshmen students moving in that day and they will need the south section. If L-Lot is full, you can park in the overflow lot, K-Lot.  See map for parking lot locations.

***Please print out the attached RIT Parking Pass and place it on your dashboard.***

The conference is located in CSD which is the same building as Student Development Center (SDC).  You may want to re-size the map so you can see it better.
